On the nose, aromas of gooseberry, honeydew melon, and herb de provence with notes of green apple and almond. The palate is light and refreshing, with citrus, gooseberry, and a crisp green apple finish.
Well-balanced and slightly racy, very typical Chablis. It reveals notes of lemon, quince, and white flowers associated with discreet hints of white peach. Complemented by limestone/minerality (terroir) as well as an imperceptible hint of almond.
A nice combination of complexity and freshness – a beautifully balanced, expressive Muscadet sur lie.
Grown on old vines planted in 1965, this wine impresses with its fruity and fresh character. The aroma is a pleasant combination of white flowers and lightly toasted almonds. The character of the soil comes out in a great minerality, leading into a honeyed finish. Sélection Massale refers to a traditional vineyard management method whereby dead vines are replaced with clippings of the best and healthiest vines in the vineyard, retaining the character of terroir.
Aromas of honey leap from the glass over stewed apricots with a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon. A light and silky entry quickly builds into a sensational semi-sweet burst of fresh apricot and spice carried by gently warming spirit. Seamlessly integrated and perfectly balanced with excellent palate length. Finishes clean, drying and refreshingly grapey. A superb drink!
Lemon yellow in the glass, with aromas of Anjou pear, baked apple and pastry. Dry, nicely balance with good acidity and a crisp finish. Flavours of citrus, pear, sourdough, slate and mineral.
Pale lemon colour, a lovely persistent and very fine mousse. Primary notes of citrus, and tropical fruit, that opens to lime, ripe Ataulfo mango, honeydew, with baklavaish notes of honey and pastry. A rich, creamy, dry sparkling wine with flavours of citrus, lime, honey, a touch of yeast, and all that beautiful Mosel minerality. Fresh and clean; Bender Sekt is beautifully balanced, the mouth-watering acidity is kept in check by a hint of residual sugar.
